Hello Again Everyone

Time for another Up-Date. Thank you to those who have responded to my question about SARS. I will continue to collect responses before providing information.

LATEST CONTACTS - We have removed from the list of those Yet To Be Located - Garry YOUNG (Canberra), he said he will also pass the info on to Dennis O'TOOLE (Canberra) and Peter CATES provided me with details for Rob JOHN (Melbourne). Garry and Rob & Kate have said they will be joining us at the Reunion.

IT IS "CRUNCH" TIME for REUNION DINNER advice.
After this weekend there will be less than a month before we all get together for another great time. For those who have not yet responded and paid for the Dinner we would appreciate you doing this BY FRIDAY 23 MAY 03 at the latest please? I am required to confirm bookings with the United Service Club on the Monday.

Julian BENETT has completed his recon of the BREKKIE CREEK HOTEL and has made a booking for us there. He should advise us shortly of the details.We also need numbers to be confirmed to us for this too please?

Similarly, Barry GREATOREX has made contact with the SOUTH BANK PARKLANDS management, has tentatively selected a suitable location for us and is conducting a recon this weekend to confirm details. He, too, should advise us shortly. Please Note - there are BBQ's located through out the parklands for those wanting to cook your own, plenty of Take Aways if you like and of course the old BYO Picnic standby for family and friends.

Chris WATT has worked with the engraver on the REUNION GLASSWARE and will also be providing information about this shortly.

For the Information of our INFANTRY and ARMY APPRENTICE classmates On THURSDAY 5 May 03 there will be the annual "INFANTRY DINNER" held at the United Service Club. Further details for this dinner can be obtained from the Club (07) 3831 4433. I have been reliably informed Ian ROBBO and Karl HARTMANN went last year and behaved themselves - can you believe this???

Adrian BAKER has advised that the Queensland ANNUAL ARMY APPRENTICE Reunion is to be held on SUNDAY 8 June 03 from 1100 to 1930 at Bulimba Barracks SGT/Offr Mess, Apollo Road, Bulimba. Now if Adrian were an Infantryman he could have one hell of a weekend - but, alas he'll just have to settle for two out of three aye?
