Kem Visetho
Executed by the Khmer Rouges in April 1975
In April 1975, Kunny Prak met Kem Visetho, along with his brother and other friends, while they were on their way to give themselves into the Khmer Rouges with the expectation they would be able to keep their jobs. It was just Khmer Rouge's propaganda and they were executed.
